I am a qualified Circle of Security (COS) parenting facilitator. The circle of security is a visual map of attachment relationships and uses education and attachment theories to help families understand how to meet the needs of their children. This approach can be especially useful when families find they are struggling to manage their child’s behaviour or where there are conflicts or relationship struggles within the family.  

A more in-depth approach is the COS – Intensive, which includes further assessments of parenting strategies and video recordings of parent child interventions that are used within the assessment to tailor interventions and target specific difficult interactions between the parent and child.
